Begin with simple characters, for example, “心” or “天,” which only have a few strokes.
Have your child use Stringboard on a phone or tablet to type these characters. The system will automatically guide them to input strokes in the correct order.
As they get more comfortable, you can gradually move on to building characters with components.
For instance, when typing the character “明,” your child will need to select the component “日” first, then combine it with the other part to complete the character.
This kind of practice doesn’t just teach them how to write. It helps them understand why a character is written that way, deepening their grasp of character structure.
